Justin Gara
Mr. Gara is a dedicated Zimbabwean entrepreneur and mentor based in Eswatini. Committed to uplifting the next generation, he founded the Creative Minds Foundation to empower youth through mentorship, providing them with the tools and guidance necessary to thrive in an ever-evolving world.
As the founder and CEO of Just-Fitness Pty Ltd, he is on a mission to promote health and wellness. He believes that a sustainable future begins with healthy living and aims to inspire individuals to adopt lifestyles that benefit them today while nourishing future generations.
Gara is also deeply committed to making a meaningful difference by empowering youth and advocating for holistic wellness. He believes that investing in our young leaders and promoting healthy practices is essential for paving the way toward brighter futures and a sustainable planet.

Lisa-Rufaro Marowa
Lisa-Rufaro is a career strategist who has developed a strong track record in development planning and management consultancy. She holds practical knowledge in resource mobilisation, community-driven development approaches and capacity building (technical and operational). She has a proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and has over a decade of experience working with governments, development partners, civil society and private sector institutions in Sub-Saharan and East Africa. She holds practical sectoral experience in the health, and the justice, law & order sectors.

Lindelwa Nxumalo
Lindelwa Nxumalo is a Mental Health Professional and Social Scientist with over 15 years experience. She obtained her Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Witwatersrand, and then went on to obtain her Masters degree in Social Science at the University of Pretoria. Ms Nxumalo has experience in the health sector; local government and water utilities field. She is passionate about health and wellness issues; and the empowerment of youth and black women.

Wezizwe S. Albany
Wezizwe Albany is the founder of My Coils (Pty) Ltd, a natural hair care brand that is dedicated to empowering its consumers by providing hair care knowledge through training, masterclasses and offering premium natural hair care products. Wezizwe has a strong background in community development as a former Programs Coordinator at Women in Trade and Development (WITAD) and now the Executive Director at Creative Minds Foundation (Eswatini), where she focuses on youth empowerment through mentorship, career guidance, and entrepreneurship programs. She is also Mandela Washington Fellow Alumnus and a recipient of the Junior Chamber International Outstanding Young Persons award.

Nosipho Baloyi
Nosipho Baloyi is a mental health professional, co founder of CreativeLab Co, and Development Director at Creative Minds Foundation. Her expertise in psychological counselling, mental wellness, and strategic leadership, combined with her strong research and analytical skills, positions her to contribute effectively to meaningful social change. She has honed her skills in community support, comprehensive wellness initiative development and implementation, and fostering collaborative partnerships, consistently demonstrating her commitment to creating lasting positive change in communities throughout Eswatini.

Tenele Shongwe
Tanele Shongwe is a BSc student majoring in Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Eswatini. Passionate about empowering youth, Tanele is actively involved in Enactus and WomEng, where she contributes to social entrepreneurship and engineering initiatives.
Additionally, she serves as a peer counsellor, providing support and guidance to fellow students.
