Justin Gara
Mr. Gara is a dedicated entrepreneur and mentor from Zimbabwe, currently residing in Eswatini. His professional journey is characterised by an unwavering commitment to uplifting the next generation. As the founder of the Creative Minds Foundation, Gara strives to empower youth through targeted career guidance, mentorship, and entrepreneurship programmes. His mission is to equip young individuals with the essential skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to navigate their personal and professional journeys effectively. Through CMF, Gara aims to promote inclusive growth and foster transformative opportunities that will benefit both the individuals we serve and their communities at large.
In his role as the founder and CEO of Just-Fitness Pty Ltd, Gara is committed to promoting health and wellness. He believes that a sustainable future is rooted in healthy living, and endeavours to inspire individuals to embrace lifestyles that enhance their present well-being while nourishing future generations.
Gara’s commitment extends beyond individual empowerment, rather his work is deeply focused on making a meaningful impact through advocacy for holistic wellness. He maintains that investing in young leaders and promoting healthy lifestyle choices are vital components in paving the way towards brighter futures and a sustainable planet. Through his initiatives, Gara seek to create lasting change and inspire others to join in the pursuit of a healthier, more equitable world.

Lisa-Rufaro Marowa
Lisa-Rufaro is a career strategist who has developed a strong track record in development planning and management consultancy. She holds practical knowledge in resource mobilisation, community-driven development approaches and capacity building (technical and operational). She has a proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and has over a decade of experience working with governments, development partners, civil society and private sector institutions in Sub-Saharan and East Africa. She holds practical sectoral experience in the health, and the justice, law & order sectors.
Qualifications
- - MSc in Corporate Governance (MSU).
- BCom (Hons) Business Management and IT (CUZ).

Lindelwa Nxumalo
Lindelwa Nxumalo is a Mental Health Professional and Social Scientist with over 15 years experience. She obtained her Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Witwatersrand, and then went on to obtain her Masters degree in Social Science at the University of Pretoria. Ms Nxumalo has experience in the health sector; local government and water utilities field. She is passionate about health and wellness issues; and the empowerment of youth and black women.

Wezizwe S. Albany
Wezizwe is the CEO of My Coils (Pty) Ltd and MARC HOLDINGS (Pty) Ltd. She is an accomplished leader and strategist with a proven track record in driving impactful initiatives that foster growth, empowerment, and innovation for the youth and women in Eswatini. With extensive experience in program coordination, capacity building, and youth mentorship, she has consistently delivered results in areas such as community development, skills training, and organizational leadership.
Wezizwe has a strong background in community development as a former Programs Coordinator at Women in Trade and Development (WITAD) and now the Executive Director at Creative Minds Foundation (Eswatini), where she focuses on youth empowerment through mentorship, career guidance, and entrepreneurship programs.
Her academic foundation, including a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Economic Sociology, has sharpened her ability to analyze and respond to complex social and economic dynamics, which has helped her provide sustainable solutions for community and organizational challenges. She is also a Mandela Washington Fellow Alumnus and a Junior Chamber International South Africa’s Ten Outstanding Young Persons awardee.

Nosipho Baloyi
Nosipho is a dedicated Mental Health Professional, serving as the Managing Director and Active Partner at Just-Fitness Pty Ltd. In addition to these roles there, she is the proud Co-founder of CreativeLab Co. and holds the position of Development Director at Creative Minds Foundation. With a strong background in psychological counselling and mental wellness, Nosipho leverages my strategic leadership, robust research, and analytical skills to drive meaningful social change.
Nosipho’s extensive experience encompasses a wide range of areas, including community support, the development and implementation of comprehensive wellness initiatives, and the cultivation of collaborative partnerships. Nosipho has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to fostering lasting positive change across communities in Eswatini.
She is passionate about mental health and wellness, which fuels her efforts in working to create impactful solutions for societal challenges. Nosipho believes in the power of collaboration and innovation, striving to combine these elements to enhance the quality of life for individuals and communities. As a pivotal figure in this field, she has dedicated to not only addressing immediate concerns but also laying the groundwork for sustainable improvement in mental health awareness and support systems. Her journey is driven by a deep-rooted desire to empower others and to help build a brighter, healthier future for all.

Tenele Shongwe
Tanele Shongwe is a BSc student majoring in Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Eswatini. Passionate about empowering youth, Tanele is actively involved in Enactus and WomEng, where she contributes to social entrepreneurship and engineering initiatives.
Additionally, she serves as a peer counsellor, providing support and guidance to fellow students.
